Moringa leaves couscous and beef sauce.

Moringa is highly nutritious. The leaves are rich in protein,vitamin Avitamin Bvitamin C, and minerals.


Moringa leaves, Couscous, Oil, salt, Water, Sauce. Beef, tomatoes, red pepper, onions, spices (salt, maggi, curry,thyme,ginger powder), oil, garlic.
Wash the moringa leaves with water and steam for about 30mins. Put some water in a pot, the amount of water will be determined by the amount of couscous you are cooking. Put some oil in the water and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, add the couscous, let it cook for about 20 mins on low heat, add the steamed moringa and stir it well. Put the lid back on and let simmer for about 5mins and remove from the pot. Continue...

When cooking couscous do not use too much water as the couscous will become soggy. Alternatively you can steam the couscous too.


Get the boneless part of beef, cut it into small pieces, wash and pour in a saucepan with some water,salt,thyme and onions.let it cook till the beef becomes soft. grind your tomatoes,pepper, onion and garlic. Add to d beef and fry with some oil and add the desired spices to your taste. Add a little bit of water and let simmer for a few minutes, serve with the moringa couscous.
